About the role

BASI Pilates Studio in Marina Del Rey is seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead group classes, provide personalized instruction, and foster a supportive community.

Responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates classes catering to a variety of fitness levels.
• Provide personalized instruction and feedback to ensure optimal form and technique.
• Cultivate a welcoming and motivating environment, emphasizing community and personal growth.
• Maintain a clean and safe studio space, following all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• A Certified Pilates Instructor with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in both mat and equipment-based Pilates (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, etc.).
• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for motivating others.
• A deep passion for wellness and helping clients achieve their health goals.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR/AED certification.
