About the role

WindRiver's new Clubhouse is weeks from opening to the membership. At the center of it is a state-of-the-art fitness facility built to the standard our members expect. New equipment. Purpose-built space for classes. Recovery amenities, sauna, steam, cold plunge, stretch and recovery zone that most private clubs don't offer at all. We're hiring the founding group fitness team. That means you're not stepping into someone else's schedule, you're helping build the programming from day one, in a facility where nothing is worn in yet and the members are genuinely excited to walk through the door.

What You'll Do

• Lead group fitness classes across strength, mobility, cardio, and mind-body formats
• Deliver a premium, welcoming class experience for members and residents of all ages and fitness levels
• Help shape a schedule and format mix that fits our membership
• Represent WindRiver with the professionalism and hospitality our members expect
• Multiple format certifications are a plus — tell us everything you're qualified to teach

Requirements

• Current certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent) in your class discipline
• CPR/AED certified
• 1+ year teaching group fitness
• Reliable, professional, member-first attitude
