About the Role

BODYROK offers high-intensity, low-impact workouts that tone, sculpt and redefine your body and mind in just 45 minutes. We are a rapidly growing company looking for fitness enthusiasts who are organized, problem-solvers, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and have a passion & excitement for our brand. Our trainers bring the energy—mic’d up, music pumping, and high vibes in sleek, modern studios. Quick transitions, nonstop movement to maximize intensity without the impact. You’ll teach our signature Hybrid Pilates Method on custom-built reformers: 45 minutes, full body, zero time wasted.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy group fitness classes using the BODYROK Hybrid Pilates Method
• Motivate and challenge clients in a fast-paced, music-driven environment
• Demonstrate strong leadership and public speaking skills
• Provide clear, effective cueing and communication
• Apply understanding of anatomy and biomechanics to ensure safe, efficient workouts
• Engage with clients and contribute to a positive, high-vibe studio culture
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities

Requirements

• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music
• Excellent ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Capability and interest in learning and growing with our expanding brand
• Minimum (but not required) 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness
• Strong leadership and public speaking skills for group classes
• Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics

Pay

$25 to $55 per session based on class size—more clients = more earnings. Competitive class pay with bonuses based on performance, referral bonuses (for bringing in new instructors), and guaranteed minimum pay per class. Clear path to Lead Instructor with a pay bump.
