Job Summary

As an advisor, you'll own sales performance goals and new client acquisition for your facility. You’ll work with each potential client to gain an understanding of their background, their goals, and what motivates them through their health journey. With that understanding, you'll build trust and work to identify solutions that help each customer realize a healthier life.

Qualifications

A good candidate for the position is:

• 18 years or older
• Friendly, outgoing, and warm
• Genuine and honest
• Tech-savvy
• Self-motivated
• Good at managing time and schedules

Pay rate includes a base hourly rate + commission + session pay + bonus. Personal training certification is a plus. Set schedule with hours between 10am-7pm Monday through Thursday and 10am-3pm Friday. Full time hours include all staffed hours. Part time position will also be considered. Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
