Fitness Front desk/Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Sell new club memberships through contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads and through walk-ins
• Ensure all prospect/guest information is entered into the club management software system and complete all required tracking forms and processes
• Clock in and out for all hours worked
• Daily Club Cleaning
• All other duties as required

• Demonstrated ability to sell
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands
• Flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work assignments
• Requires moderate lifting on a regular basis
• Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
• Enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Previous fitness industry experience is a plus
• Familiar with software Data Track is a plus
