Responsibilities
- Drive overall club performance in memberships, personal training sales, retention, and revenue growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing fitness and sales team
- Conduct fitness consultations, success sessions, and personal training sales presentations
- Use solution-selling techniques to connect members with the best services and wellness amenities for their goals
- Build relationships with members and create a welcoming, motivating environment
- Train and coach staff on membership sales, referrals, lead generation, and personal training conversions
- Maintain accountability around club operations, cleanliness, and member experience
- Meet and exceed challenging monthly sales and production goals
- Create a positive team culture focused on health, accountability, and growth
Qualifications
- Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification required
- Proven history of successful personal training sales
- Previous fitness management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of sales, lead management, and member retention
- Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and helping others succeed
- Competitive, results-driven, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to mentor, coach, and inspire a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
