Fitness Counselor

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
• Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline
• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
• Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events

Qualifications

• Communicate well with members and fellow team members with a customer service mentality
• Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done
• Possess strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills
• Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with technology, ability to quickly shift focus, and phone etiquette

Requirements

• Must successfully pass Background Check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Able to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capability to bend and stop for extended periods to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks

Pay

Hourly Position - Additional Compensation Eligible $16.90—$17.90 USD

Schedule

Based on eligibility of tenure and full-time vs. part-time employment.
