Fitness Counselor
Responsibilities
- Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
- Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline
- Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
- Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events
Qualifications
- Communicate well with members and fellow team members with a customer service mentality
- Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done
- Possess strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills
- Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
- Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with technology, ability to quickly shift focus, and phone etiquette
Requirements
- Must successfully pass Background Check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- Able to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to bend and stop for extended periods to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks

Pay
Hourly Position - Additional Compensation Eligible $16.90—$17.90 USD
Schedule
Based on eligibility of tenure and full-time vs. part-time employment.
