Fitness Consultant
About the role
We are looking for an outgoing, flexible, and dependable Sales Consultant to join our team. You will report directly to the Club Manager and receive full training. This role is ideal for someone who needs a flexible schedule, enjoys making someone's day, and loves helping others achieve personal fitness goals.
Responsibilities
- Become the greatest ambassador & promoter of Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, our services
- Greeting and checking in all members
- Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
- Setting up new memberships
- Selling personal training
- Conducting guest tours
- Assisting with the club's daily cleaning & maintenance
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Create relationships inside and outside the gym
Qualifications
- Outgoing, flexible, dependable, and able to work independently
- Some experience in the fitness industry is great but not required—just a passion for helping people
- Flexible work schedule preferred with availability to work some weekends
Pay
Hourly rate, commission, and bonus available. Compensation: $11.00 – $15.00 per hour.
