Atlanta-based Workout Anytime is a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week fitness concept with 180+ units across the U.S. Founded by fitness veterans John Quattrocchi and Steve Strickland, the company was formed to provide members with first-class fitness facilities at the lowest cost possible, deliver a profitable and affordable business model to franchisees and offer exciting career opportunities for its employees.
Responsibilities
- Consistently generate new club memberships through contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads from current membership base, and through engaging club tours for walk-ins.
- Quickly identify potential member’s needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value in our club’s amenities and services to the member and close the sale.
- Thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and meet challenging monthly quotas.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands including club cleanliness.
Requirements

- Hardworking and committed individual who can thrive in a TEAM environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Experience in fitness/sales roles preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of fitness industry and ability to sell club amenities and services.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Required Hours on weekends (Saturday 9-5, Sunday 12-5) and availability for extra hours during the week.
