Responsibilities

• Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultation sessions to assess goals and fitness levels.
• Celebrate new hires with company parties.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using our technology-driven exerbotics equipment.
• Coach clients through personalized workouts focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety.
• Deliver assisted stretching sessions throughout the day, mixed with personal training.
• No more than 3 hours total of stretching per day.
• Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools.
• Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits.
• Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support clients goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• Passionate about strength training and improving mobility
• Strong ability to connect with and inspire others
• Enthusiastic about our paid Exercise Coach certification program!

Skills

• Personal training certification or degree not required
• Knowledge of exerbotics equipment
• Ability to work with clients of all ages

Pay

Listed pay of $18-$23 per hour. (Additional pay for stretching!)
Certification bonus upon completion.
