What You'll Do

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group (2–4 clients) training using our science-backed system
• Track and report client progress — our technology does the heavy lifting on data
• Lead client consultations and help new members understand their program
• Manage your session schedule and client accounts
• Uphold the studio's cleanliness and professional standards

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year coaching experience preferred; strong new graduates considered
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Patient, encouraging coaching style — our clients range from 40s to 80s
• Availability for early mornings (6am starts) and at least one or two Saturdays per month (8am–2pm)
• Preferred but not required: CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification preferred
