Fitness Coach

About the role

The Fitness Coach is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering safe, effective, and engaging fitness programs tailored to individual and group needs.
• Conducting fitness assessments.
• Leading one-on-one and small group training sessions.
• Providing clear fitness instruction on equipment use and exercise techniques.
• Educating members on exercise principles, healthy habits, and basic nutrition guidance to support sustainable results.
• Monitoring the training floor for safety.
• Maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Collaborating with other team members to support club initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate session and client records.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Fitness Training and Fitness Instruction to design and deliver safe, effective workouts.
• Ability to lead Group Exercise sessions and motivate diverse participants.
• Knowledge of Nutrition fundamentals to offer practical wellness and lifestyle guidance.
• Understanding of the Fitness Industry, including current training trends and member service expectations.
• Relevant fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent); CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and motivate members of varying fitness levels.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe training environment and uphold club policies and procedures.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
