Fitness Brand Ambassador- Field Marketing

About the role

Workout Anytime is hiring four high-energy Brand Ambassadors to help expand our presence throughout Raleigh, Wake Forest, and surrounding communities. This is an active, community-facing role where you’ll meet new people, build relationships, and introduce them to Workout Anytime. You’ll work on college campuses, downtown areas, local businesses, coffee shops, restaurants, apartment communities, and events. The more conversations you have, the more you can earn.

Responsibilities

• Represent Workout Anytime throughout the local community
• Meet and start conversations with new people
• Share information about gyms, memberships, services, and promotions
• Build brand awareness on college campuses and in high-traffic community areas
• Visit local businesses, events, restaurants, coffee shops, and apartment communities
• Generate qualified leads and interest for gym teams
• Track conversations and results
• Represent the brand with confidence, energy, and professionalism
• Orchestrate and run community events

• Naturally outgoing, friendly, and approachable
• Passionate about fitness, health, or helping others
• Confident starting conversations with people you do not know
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Dependable, professional, and results-driven
• Comfortable walking and remaining active during shifts
• Reliable transportation throughout the Raleigh and Wake Forest area
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay

Expected earnings: $17–$30 per hour, including commissions. Compensation range: $17.00–$22.00 per hour.

Schedule

Extremely flexible schedule built around your availability. Work as little as 5–10 hours or as much as 30 hours per week.
