Fitness Brand Ambassador

About the role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will build quality relationships in the community while representing the Crunch brand. You will generate leads through conversations and community engagement, execute key pre-sale marketing actions, and support the management team at pre-sale events.

Responsibilities

• Build quality relationships in the community while representing the Crunch brand.
• Generate leads through conversations and community engagement.
• Execute key pre-sale marketing actions like handing out flyers and managing social media presence.
• Support the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and our grand opening party.
• Only collect quality leads from genuinely interested potential members.

• Professional and self-motivated—take initiative and lead by example.
• Effective communicator—in person and online.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)—a plus but not required.
• Willing to work outdoors, on your feet for extended periods when needed.
• Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
