Conduct initial consultations, lead individual and small-group strength training sessions

• Track fitness results for clients and lead client education

• Deliver active-assisted stretch therapy sessions for clients targeting the upper body, lower body, and full body

Help clients improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall performance

• Provide a safe and motivating environment that combines strength and stretch for maximum results
