About the role

This opening is for a new Exercise Coach studio in Pflugerville. As a Certified Exercise Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction using evidence-based strength training equipment that provides real-time feedback and precise control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client consultations
• Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
• Track and report client fitness results
• Educate clients on fitness and health
• Grow the business by selling monthly and package sessions
• Measure success through studio metrics

Qualifications

• Personable, encouraging, and enthusiastic
• No personal training, group fitness certifications, or prior gym experience required
