About the role

Two 20 minute strength sessions a week change what people can do with the rest of their lives. If you like being the reason someone keeps showing up, read on.

Who thrives here

Our best coaches are not the biggest people in the room. They are the most consistent. They remember what a client said last week, they notice a form change before the client feels it, and they make a 20 minute session feel like the best part of someone's day. We coach clients from their 30s into their 80s, and our team grooves with that range.

What you'll do

• Lead one-on-one and small group sessions on Exerbotics equipment
• Run initial consultations and turn first visits into members
• Track client strength, mobility and balance results, and coach clients on what the numbers mean
• Deliver coach assisted stretching (hands-on) and balance training
• Coach clients on nutrition and metabolic health
• Own your studio metrics: retention, session volume, client satisfaction

What you'll get

• Consistent hourly pay for scheduled time, not just booked sessions
• Paid vacation and sick days
• Paid training on evidence based strength equipment, plus a raise when you complete the coursework
• Complimentary membership. Get paid to build your own strength
• Early morning, evening and Saturday morning shifts to fit around school, family or a second pursuit

What you'll need

• Genuine interest in health and strength
• Strong communication and follow through
• Reliability. Clients book their week around you
• Degree or certification in exercise science, kinesiology, PT, athletic training, nursing or coaching is a plus. So is experience in teaching, hospitality, or any job where people came back because of you. We train the rest.

We don't ghost qualified applicants. You'll get a call or a personal message from the studio manager within 48 hours. Apply if you want to help people gain and enjoy their strength.
