We are hiring a Fitness Consultant to join Workout Anytime, one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises dedicated to changing lives with passion. Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador and promoter of Workout Anytime, representing the brand, clubs, and services.
• Greet and check in members, making them feel welcome and valued.
• Answer phones courteously, helpfully, and professionally.
• Sell and set up new memberships while gaining referrals from existing members.
• Conduct guest tours of the facility.
• Assist with daily club maintenance and other tasks assigned by management.
• Build relationships inside and outside the gym.
• Participate in or manage various marketing events.
• Learn and adhere to company processes and procedures.
• Follow up on incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email.

Requirements

• Display a positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality.
• Experience in direct customer-facing roles, the fitness industry, or sales is desired but not required.
• Ability to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.
• Flexible work schedule with availability to work weekends.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Hardworking, committed, and able to thrive in a team environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Pay

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
