About the role
Main responsibilities include leading and participating in all sales related areas such as prospecting, new member sales, and member retention. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have a strong sales background, and be able to work effectively with a team. Previous experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Possess strong sales skills and the ability to build relationships with potential members
- Prospect for new members and provide them with information about Genesis Health Clubs
- Sell memberships and other services to existing members
- Engage in ongoing member retention efforts
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Self-motivated and driven individual
- Strong sales background
- Ability to work well with a team
- Previous experience in the health and fitness industry is a bonus

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for health and wellness
