OTE $45,000+ 1st Year Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining the profitability of the company through new members sales and retentionMeet daily and weekly minimum requirement on sales quotasMeet prospecting requirements and sales goalsEnsures that all required documentation is completed in a timely mannerAttend and participate in scheduled sales meetings.Attend all staff and club meetings and eventsAbility to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environmentWorks closely with retention departments to ensure high participation in the facilitiesEstablish and maintain professional relationships with staffAbility to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situationsPreform other duties and assignments as necessary or required Expectations: Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the Genesis Health ClubsProvide input in developing strategies to support goals and objectivesAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints Job Requirements: Available to work weekends and evenings and holidaysMust hold current CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of start dateAbility to work well with othersExperience in cash handling and credit cardsCustomer service abilities Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift up to 35 poundsAbility to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing and speaking
