Genesis Health Clubs is seeking motivated and dynamic Fitness Advisors to join our team and contribute to the financial growth and success of our clubs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all sales-related activities, including prospecting, new member sales, and retention
• Drive membership growth and help build strong, lasting relationships with our members
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and guide members toward their fitness goals

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with a proven track record of success
• Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to thrive in a team environment
• Previous experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus, but not required
