About the role

This is a casual role supporting our Fishing Department. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY is a MUST. Knowledge of fishing and water sports is highly regarded!

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Aiding customers with product selection and offering advice.
• Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
• Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for every shopper.
• Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
• Serving in different departments across the store.

Requirements

• Knowledge of fishing and water sports.
• Flexible hours to support your schedule and hobbies.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training!
