About the role
Foley Fish has been serving chefs since 1906, known for its premium, sustainable seafood sourced within one to two days of being caught. The company maintains strong relationships with harvesters to select only the finest catches, ensuring freshness and quality.
Responsibilities
- Select products from pick tickets and stage for production
- Cut product to meet customer specifications
- Transport finished product to appropriate packaging line utilizing carts
- Weigh product to ensure compliance with customer/company specifications
- Maintain stock levels as needed
- Maintain product integrity with proper handling and report damage to management immediately
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Follow all federal, state and local HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months experience
- Able to safely lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties

$1000 sign-on bonus: $500 at start of employment / $500 after 6 months
