Fish Cutter

Responsibilities

• Cut and trim fish using knives and power equipment
• Packaging and displaying fish in various packing materials
• Ensuring the cold chain is unbroken and maintaining fish quality
• Following high standards of sanitation and quality control

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years experience at fish cutting
• High school diploma/GED required
• Experience using fish cutting equipment, power equipment, and hand tools
• Able to stand for long periods and regularly lift 50lbs
