Fish Cutter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fish Cutter to join the team at our successful wholesale business. You will trim and prepare all species of fish while operating at the high standards set forth by the company.

Responsibilities

• Cut and trim fish using knives and power equipment
• Package and display fish in various packing materials
• Ensure the cold chain is unbroken and fish remains high quality
• Follow high standards of sanitation and quality control

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years experience at fish cutting
• High school diploma/GED required
• Experience using fish cutting equipment, power equipment, and hand tools
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 50lbs
