Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly billing for multiple funding sources.
- Prepare and analyze budgets and reports for all funding sources, including total agency budget on an ongoing basis.
- Assist Executive Director in financial management, planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure the safety and confidentiality of accounting records.
- Attend meetings of Board of Directors, Fiscal Managers, agency staff and any other required by the Executive Director.
- Contract management, RFP and budget analysts for all funding sources.
- Complete and present required (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annually) financial reports to Executive Director, Board of Directors, Catholic Charities (Main Office), government agencies and funding sources.
- Supervise and train all administrative staff who will assist in accounting functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience working with a diverse population
- Valid Driver's license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle

$72,000/year

Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (37.5 hours/week)
