Requirements

• Preferred Education: Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist
• Preferred Certification: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Minimum of 18 months experience is required for CST and/or Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed (e.g., trained on the job or in the military), five (5) years’ work experience is required
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
• Ability to complete the orientation and training
