The primary responsibility of a First Shift Med Tech is to assist in the operation of medical equipment and support healthcare professionals during patient care activities. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and a commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care activities
- Operate and maintain medical equipment
- Maintain a sterile environment
- Follow infection control protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
