Role: 1st Assistant Engineer responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of U.S.-flag bulk carriers on the Great Lakes. Key Responsibilities Assist the Chief Engineer with daily engine room operations, machinery maintenance, and regulatory compliance.Lead engine room watches, perform inspections, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
