First Assistant Manager

About the role

The First Assistant is the right-hand person to the General Manager and is trained to manage all aspects of the business when the GM is not available. They participate in sales growth and food cost management, ensuring the restaurant hires qualified crew who are well-trained. They also keep existing crew updated on training and motivated to perform at a high level, generating a weekly schedule that supports the store's sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant during the General Manager's absence

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with flexible schedule
• Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
