About the role
We are seeking a Certified Surgical Tech (CST) - First Assistant to support surgical teams in providing safe and effective patient care.
Responsibilities
- Position patients for optimal surgical exposure
- Assist with tissue manipulation, retraction, suctioning, and irrigation
- Achieve hemostasis
- Assist with wound closure
- Apply dressings and secure drainage systems
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) certification
- Basic Life Support certification
- Meticulous attention to sterile technique
- Professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
