Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide rapid response and care to all basic First Aid and EMS needs that occur at the park
- Keep a safe and clean work environment
- Maintain the highest level of customer service standards
- Obtain knowledge of facility and amenities to assist customers
- Document all services rendered
- Complete daily supply and equipment inspections
- Report missing, expired, or broken equipment to management
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid EMT license, paramedic preferred
- Must have at least three years practical EMT experience
- Be aware, attentive, work well with others, and accept guidance and supervision
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand, or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 50 pounds
- Must be able to endure work environments of excessive heat
- Follow guidelines on staying hydrated, eating properly, and using sunscreen
