Firmware Engineer

About the role

The Firmware Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining firmware for embedded systems. This includes working closely with hardware engineers and software developers to ensure compatibility and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop firmware for various embedded systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure firmware meets system requirements
• Perform unit and integration testing of firmware
• Debug and resolve issues in firmware
• Document design decisions, test results, and other relevant information

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in firmware development
• Experience with C/C++ programming languages
• Knowledge of microcontroller architectures and peripherals
• Experience with debugging tools and techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
