Responsibilities

• Provides and supports excellent guest service
• Greet all guests warmly and promptly
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
• Handle guests’ inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a positive and solution-driven attitude
• Maintain proper personal hygiene and a well-groomed uniform appearance
• Follow company safety standards and attendance policies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
• Support teammates and contribute to a fun, high-energy environment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 6 months of cashier experience in a QSR setting (preferred)
• Must meet minimum age requirements to operate equipment
• Reading, writing, and communication skills
• Maintains a sense of urgency while working
• Flexibility regarding working shifts and extended hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a background check (17+)
