What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead fire safety training programs
  • Conduct live fire drills and emergency response exercises
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
  • Mentor and prepare the emergency response team
  • Work in a high-tech, fast-paced industrial setting
  • Schedule and conduct all ERT training activities
  • Develop and implement fire-related training programs and materials, including: new hire training, refresher training, retraining due to compliance deficiencies, training related to new processes or procedural updates, compliance-driven training, NFPA guidelines and skills training, and emergency response SOP training
  • Maintain training database and records
  • Manage e-learning platforms and course completion
  • Ensure all personnel meet required training and certification requirements
  • Evaluate personnel performance during training
  • Identify training gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed

Requirements

  • Emergency Medical Responder (EMR)
  • Hazardous Materials Operations (NFPA 472 / 1072 aligned or equivalent)
  • Live-Fire Training (NFPA 1403 aligned)
  • Mayday / Emergency Survival Training
  • Industrial Fire Brigade Fundamentals (NFPA 600 aligned)
  • Hazardous Materials Awareness
  • SCBA Initial Qualification
  • Basic First Aid / CPR / AED
  • Accountability System Training
  • Emergency Communications Training
  • ICS 300
  • Fire Officer I (NFPA 1021 aligned or equivalent)
  • Incident Command / Incident Management training aligned to assigned responsibilities
  • Live Fire Training Instructor (aligned with NFPA 1403)

Qualifications

  • Certified Fire Instructor with real-world experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of industrial fire suppression & safety protocols
  • Passion for training, safety, and emergency response

Pay & Schedule

  • $49,920.00 salary
  • Monday – Friday with Holidays Off, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Bi-Weekly Pay
