Responsibilities

• Assist in performing inspections and tests on special hazards systems
• Troubleshoot malfunctions of system wiring and equipment
• Ensure proper installation of fire protection systems
• Demonstrate top-notch customer service by interacting with general contractors or other trades daily
• Work on systems under the direct supervision of an experienced field technician

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Safety oriented with a focus on working safely
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to maintain cutting-edge industry knowledge
• Attention to detail when executing tasks
• Currently pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Knowledge of the construction industry is helpful
