Fire Sprinkler Service Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily field operations for the Sprinkler Team
• Management of job schedules, manpower, materials, and coordination
• Ensuring all work meets NFPA codes and local regulations
• Leading, mentoring, and developing field crews
• Maintaining strong communication with project managers and clients
• Enforcing job-satisfaction safety standards and company protocols
• Troubleshooting field challenges and implementing solutions quickly
• Conducting quality control checks and ensuring proper documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fire sprinkler systems, with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire codes
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• NICET certification (preferred)
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
