Duties
- Ensure all inspections are completed on time and accurately.
- Test sprinkler control panels, devices, and functions, and record results.
- Generate Sprinkler Inspection Reports after completing an inspection.
- Participate in monthly team meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- RME-I required.
- FAL and other related licenses preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Fire Sprinkler Systems required.
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and ability to stay updated with code requirements and industry changes.
- Proficiency in using test equipment such as sensitivity test equipment, multi-meters, battery analyzers, sound level meters, and communication devices.
Qualifications
- Education: Study and learn NFPA standards for the inspection and testing of fire protection systems.
- Certifications: Obtain NICET certifications.
Skills
- Ability to work in industrial, commercial, and residential building environments.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Computer and phone skills for consistent daily use.
