MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years of Fire Sprinkler Design experience
• Experience designing Commercial Fire Sprinkler Systems
• Proficiency with HydraCAD and/or AutoCAD
• Experience performing Hydraulic Calculations and creating Fire Sprinkler layouts
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, local codes, and Fire Protection standards
• Ability to interpret Architectural Drawings, specifications, and Construction Documents
• Experience preparing Shop Drawings and Design Submittal packages
• Ability to coordinate with Engineers, Contractors, AHJs, and internal Project teams
• NICET Certification in Water-Based Systems Layout preferred

NICE TO HAVE:

• NICET Level II, III, or IV Certification
• Experience with HydraCALC, Hydra LIST, or similar Fire Protection Design software
• Experience with Industrial, Warehouse, Manufacturing, or High-Hazard projects
• Knowledge of Fire Pumps, Underground Fire Mains, and Special Hazard Systems
• Familiarity with BIM Coordination or Revit
• Previous experience working for a Fire Sprinkler Contractor

Salary

$60,000 - $100,000 per year
