Fire Sprinkler Designer

About the role

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of design experience who is looking to continue developing their technical skills in a supportive environment. The team is looking for an individual who is eager to learn, coachable, and motivated to build a long-term career in fire protection design.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced designers in the design of commercial fire sprinkler systems
• Learn and apply best practices in fire protection design
• Contribute to the development of project documentation
• Participate in training and mentorship programs

Requirements

• 1-3 years of design experience in fire protection or related field
• NICET certification is not required but is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in fire protection engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred

Skills

• AutoCAD or similar drafting software proficiency
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
