Fire Sprinkler Apprentice
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid service technicians with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems.
- Use hand tools and testing equipment under direct supervision.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Observe and learn proper service and repair techniques.
- Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
- Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
- Perform tasks as directed; does not independently perform jobs.
- Travel to job sites as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education/Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- No minimum experience is required.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
- Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
- Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.

About the Role
The Fire Sprinkler Apprentice/Sprinkler Service Support Technician assists service technicians in performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems. The Support Technician works under direct supervision and assists with basic tasks while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols.
