The Sprinkler Service Support Technician assists service technicians in performing maintenance, repairs, installing and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems. The Support Technician works under direct supervision and assists with basic tasks while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols. Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians with maintenance, repair, installing, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems.
- Use hand tools and testing equipment under direct supervision.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Observe and learn proper service and repair techniques.
- Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
- Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
- Perform tasks as directed (does not independently perform jobs).
- Travel to job sites as required.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
