We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Stay up to date with Vallen, and follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter." and "Equal Opportunity Employer - Ethnically and Culturally Diverse/Females/Veterans/Disabled/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity". Also "We accept applications on an ongoing basis". Also "Vallen complies with all minimum wage laws". Also "Why Join Our Team?" maybe part of About the role? Could be considered "About the role" content. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The paragraph starting "Why Join Our Team? At Vallen, we embrace..." plus maybe "Position Summary: Put your maintenance and repair skills..." That's about role. - Responsibilities: "Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:" list. - Requirements: maybe "Job Qualifications:" list. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements? The posting has "Job Qualifications:" then list of qualifications. Could treat as Qualifications. - Skills: maybe "Mechanically inclined", "Strong communication skills", "Proficient with hand tools", etc. Could be part of Skills. - Benefits: The "Benefits" section with bullet list. - Pay: Not mentioned explicitly. No pay info. So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So omit. We must not create sections with placeholder text. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (or Requirements?), Skills, Benefits. We need to decide naming: The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include based on content. We have "Job Qualifications:" which could be Qualifications. Also we have "Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:" which is Responsibilities. We have "Position Summary" which could be About the role. We have skills list: "Mechanically inclined", "Strong communication skills", "Proficient with hand tools", "Ability to repair and service equipment", etc. Could be Skills. We have Benefits section. Thus output:

But note some items like "Mechanically inclined", "Strong communication skills" could be Skills. However we already have them in Qualifications. Could split: Qualifications for certifications, education, experience; Skills for abilities. But we can keep as Qualifications; but we also have a Skills section maybe. We have "Work Environment & Physical Demands:" which could be considered Requirements? But not exactly. Could be part of Requirements? The instruction says we can have Requirements section. Might include physical demands there. But we have not used Requirements heading yet. Could create Requirements for physical demands and work environment. Let's extract Work Environment & Physical Demands: "Work Environment & Physical Demands: Reasonable accommodations will be evaluated and may be implemented to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions of this position. Working conditions will vary with service work being performed indoors and out in the field.Possibility of working in hazardous environments when working within a plant which would require safety precautions and appropriate equipment.Ability to work in climatic weather (cold/heat) during day or night operations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.Occasional lifting of items weighting a maximum of 55 lbs.Ability to climb stairwells up to 15 levels high.Ability to ascend and descend ladders (step, extension, cage) up to 24' high.Able to walk at a normal pace for up to 15 continuous minutes.Able to work from a standing position for 8-10 hours.Bending, climbing, and stooping as needed for access of equipment to repair and service.Pass all test requirements to be approved to work offshore. (If Applicable)" We could put this under Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Requirements". Since we have Qualifications already, we could use Requirements for physical demands and work environment. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Skills, Benefits. But we need to avoid duplication: Skills we haven't extracted yet. We could pull out skills like "Mechanically inclined", "Strong communication skills", "Proficient with hand tools", "Ability to repair and service equipment", "Ability to provide assistance, advise and training", etc. But many of those are already in Qualifications. Might be okay to keep them in Qualifications and not have Skills section. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having Qualifications and Skills both may be thin. Better to combine into Qualifications (or Requirements). But we need to follow heading list: we can omit Skills if not needed. Thus we will have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Benefits. Check if Benefits section has real content: yes. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate: removed EEO, etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Make sure to use

for each heading,

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive information: ensure we didn't drop any important details. Let's craft About the role paragraph: combine the "Why Join Our Team?" paragraph and Position Summary. Keep as one

. Responsibilities list: we need to ensure we included all items from the "Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:" block. Let's copy that block exactly: "Conducting service calls. • . Some lines have multiple sentences; keep as is. Now Qualifications list: from "Job Qualifications:" block. Let's copy that block: "High School or GED Minimum 2 Certification (manufacturing/state) in a fire protection related field Fire Alarm & Ext A 1-3 yrs. exp or WBS Construction 1-3 yrs. exp RME-I (if applicable) Mechanically inclined Strong communication skills Specific -- RELEVENT experience Experience in the installation and/or maintenance, repair and service of life safety systems and equipment.
