Fire Protection Intern (Summer 2027)

Responsibilities

• Gain real experience in your career field through an internship.
• Work in a collaborative team environment with dedicated desk space.
• Partner with an assigned trainer/mentor for guidance throughout the internship.
• Network with seasoned professionals and industry leaders.
• Apply your passion, work ethic, drive, and skills to meaningful projects.
• Perform basic technical design activities to design and develop mechanical components such as fire protection plumbing and sprinkler design for multiple project types.
• Utilize REVIT (preferred) to create construction documents; in‑house training is provided.
• May require minimal travel.

Requirements

• Completed two years of post‑secondary education in Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering or a related field.

Skills

• Basic understanding of REVIT (preferred; training provided).
