About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control measures and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Manage project budgets and financial aspects, ensuring cost efficiency and timely completion.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with the team and stakeholders to track project status and address any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of local and international engineering standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainable engineering practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
