Fire Prevention & Safety Officer About the Position: Incumbents are assigned responsibilities, involving the inspection of buildings and grounds for elimination of fire hazards, enforcement of laws, rules and regulations and providing security at Griffin Memorial Hospital. Typical work duties may include patrolling assigned premises to identify and correct fire hazards; providing assistance to employees or visitors; directing traffic; and performing other duties related to the protection of state property, employees, visitors and others. Job Type/Salary: This is a Full-time shift position 2 positions available!Opening 1: 6:30am to 5:00pmOpening 2: 1:00pm to 11:30pmAnnual Salary:Level I: $14.18/hourlyLevel II: $15.14/hourly This position is Non-Exempt Posted until filledMinimum Qualifications and Experience: Level I: No requisite education and experience are required for consideration.
