Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems in various types of buildings and institutions.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform fire suppression tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire codes and regulations.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other team members to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Possesses a valid Texas Fire Alarm License.
• Lives in the Abilene Texas area.
• May work in a variety of business and institutional settings such as commercial, industrial, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and government facilities.
• Qualified candidates must have their State of Texas issued Fire Alarm License (FAL).
• Willingness to obtain any applicable state licenses if not already obtained.

Qualifications

• Fire Extinguisher license preferred but not required.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems and codes.
