Fire Alarm Systems Inspector

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Run tests and inspections on fire alarm systems
• Coordinate with the local fire department to avoid unnecessary responses
• Communicate effectively with Area Coordinator regarding inspections, rescheduling, etc.
• Use geographical maps and read/understand maps to schedule effectively

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years post-high school education preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Basic skills using Apple iPad
• Ability to handle pressure, various tasks, and meet deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use a ladder up to 8-ft
• Electrical/low voltage certification and/or construction background a plus
• Valid drivers license required
• 100% travel, remote work
