Fire Alarm Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Fire Alarm Manager at Shambaugh & Son. The successful candidate will oversee the Fire Alarm Division in Kalamazoo and South Bend, manage projects, and ensure compliance with inspections and pricing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the growth and operations of the Fire Alarm Department
• Sell and execute fire alarm projects
• Review and address inspection reports and pricing issues
• Order all necessary fire alarm parts
• Hire and manage Fire Alarm Technicians
• Oversee all personnel and projects within the Division
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Fire Alarm, with expert estimating and job costing
• Experience working with General Contractors
• Highly skilled in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• NICET Level II certification or willingness to obtain
