Job Summary
We are seeking a Fire Alarm Manager at Shambaugh & Son. The successful candidate will oversee the Fire Alarm Division in Kalamazoo and South Bend, manage projects, and ensure compliance with inspections and pricing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the growth and operations of the Fire Alarm Department
- Sell and execute fire alarm projects
- Review and address inspection reports and pricing issues
- Order all necessary fire alarm parts
- Hire and manage Fire Alarm Technicians
- Oversee all personnel and projects within the Division
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Fire Alarm, with expert estimating and job costing
- Experience working with General Contractors
- Highly skilled in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- NICET Level II certification or willingness to obtain
